The operation principles of Air-cushion belt conveyor:
air pressure from the blower goes into air tank and then through the air hole of air tank panel between the panel and conveyor belt (along with materials). Thus if choose the correct parameters of air-cushion, it will form air-cushion to hold up the belt and materials. When the belt acts at a set speed, it forms gas friction between air tank panel and lower surface of the belt so that to reduce resistance of the belt of drag machine and drag efficiency showing remarkable energy-saving effect. It is more than 25% of roller machine in energy saving.Then, because of low resistance and continuity of transport direction, conveyor belt moves stable without bumps, and that can increase its speed greatly and enhance efficiency more than one time. If deviation occurs, it will be in a limit scope of the belt deviation due to self-regulating of air-cushion pressure and the general amount of deviation is only half of the roller machine. As the amount of roller is reduced about 90%, it is correspondingly reduced more than 60% of work and costs.
